Olympus camera legend, Yoshihisa Maitani, dies
Visionary camera designer, Yoshihisa Maitani, has died aged 76. Maitani was instrumental in the concept and production of many radica Olympus camera designs from the late 1950s onwards, including the Olympus Pen half frame family, the Olympus OM SLR system, and the Olympus XA capsule camera.
